This is my first Pop-Up Ball card. The picture on the right shows what it looks like closed. Then when you open the card, the ball pops up.
I know the card itself isn't that cool. When I started out, I was just trying to see if I could get the ball put together. Then after I did, I didn't want to waste it, so I went ahead and made it into a card. I didn't put any forthought in to it.
Now the really cool part is - and I know as a Stampin' Up Demonstrator I shouldn't say this - it didn't cost me anything. This didn't come from a Sizzix Die. I got the design from a wonderful lady on the Cricut board named Laurinda. You can find her blog HERE. So if you have a Cricut and Design Studio, you could make this also.
The card does kind of bulge out in the middle, so I think it would be a good idea to tie the ribbon around the whole card in the middle. I also put a velcro dot on the inside to help keep it closed. I can't wait to make another, but I was excited so I wanted to go ahead and share this.
Thanks for looking,
Kim
