Here is another card that I made at the retreat. I'm not normally a big cow fan, but this one was just too cute. I don't remember who I cased this from but thank you to whoever shared this great idea.
The fence I have seen on lots of different cards and it was super easy to make. Using the Simply Scored tool that Stampin' Up offers, just make score lines every 3/8", then go back with your Scalloped border punch at the top.

Hahaha! That is too stinkin' cute!!! Who knew the Scalloped Border punch had a white picket fence hidden in it?! Not me, but I'm glad that I know now!!!!
