I'm not sure what else to say about this card. I saw the layout I think in the Papercrafts magazine and decided to make one. It did use up scraps which is a good thing and it is bright. There's not really much else to say about this one.

I like it. Bright is good in the summer and makes me feel happy.
I don't think it looks excessively bright. I like your card a lot. Bright and cheery, perfect for this time of year when all the bright colors are popping up :-).
